Jim and Tey of Forest City Motors are the best. Both are decent people looking to do well by you. My wife and I looked at a Subaru Crosstrek, a good car that would have fit her. We were unable to get it; I admit to being less than gracious for their efforts. They did their best to make the deal happen. Jim is very knowledgeable across the automotive board.Please consider Forest City Motors.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Pat and Tey (the sales manager) were helpful, super nice and treated me like family. I’m in love with my Chevy trex, trying to come up with a name for her. LOL. Go to Forest city motors for all your car needs

Back story…I was purchasing a Ford from Hyundai of Naperville, IL. Shook hands with the manager and told him I would be back the next day with my wife to purchase the truck. That night they sold it right out from underneath me. Their loss Forest City Motor Co gain. Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle.

Buying a car from Dan at Forest City Motor was crazy easy: very straightforward, incredibly honest, and very competitive pricing right out of the gate.Dealer fee was low and reasonable. There was none of that nonsense where a dealer will low-ball the price and make it up by tacking on fees and extras.The car was pristine, the price and fees were as described, Dan held the car for us knowing we were driving in from 90 minutes away without hassle or questions. The paperwork was easy and crystal clear.I brought my teenage son to the table so he could get some experience on what it takes to buy a car, but to be honest with you, he probably didn't learn that much about haggling or watching out for the sucker punch because Dan was so incredibly easy to do business with!What my son did learn is what to look for in the kind of businessman that you want to do business with.If you find the car you want with Dan, or even if you just want a partner to help you source and acquire the specific car that you want, then you should do yourself a favor and bring your business here.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

I found my beauty by chance. I came to the lot thinking I was at a different one looking for a specific car I saw online. Once I realized I made a mix up, I told Dan I was looking for and what price range. He immediately showed me two cars, both were lovely. Super clean, super nice, great prices.

I test drove both, (BTW, I really respect a car dealership, that trust's you to test drive a car on your own, REALLY RESPECT IT! Seriously, you cant properly test drive a car with a little bee buzzing feature puking the specs in your ear). I never felt pressured, or annoyed by the typical "I just want your money bs." Once I decided which one I liked, he answered all questions I had, showed me the history, the work they had done on it. Concerns about the car types history in general. He answered them all, and for what I felt - honestly.

I have 'special needs' credit, thanks to mountain high student loans. They worked some magic and got me into a car payment I can afford.

Going into a car lot, as a young woman, is no easy task. Half the time most places look at you like pray. I greatly appreciate Forest City Motors, and I hope whenever I am ready for my next car, I will get it from them.

I couldn't love my car enough. Sometimes I just like to go outside and look at it because it's so pretty and I can't believe it's mine lol....really...

How I wish all dealers emulate this company as to how they MUST SELL CARS .

From the start of my search the moment I saw the LEXUS LS 460 2013 with 26,000 miles prices at 29,900 +... and a clean car fax, one owner ... I called him right away... his tone of voice on the other line has that fatherly firmness yet has the grandpa softness ... the kind of conversation that leads me to drive myself from night shift the next day which is almost 2 hours ...

upon arrival he already had the car prepped ( detailed washed to think there was a heavy snow ) .... he handed me the key even without asking for my license ( that's trust )... the whole process was within 10 minutes tops ...

When I came back 20 minutes later ...

I went out to eat brunch and keep my argument to myself if this is the car for me ... the numbers is too good to be true ... I then follow my guts and signed the dotted line after my credit union financed it

I cannot Thank Danny enough, He was very faithful, we purchased the vehicle, Toyota Sienna 2012 online because we live in Minnesota and it was affordable/cheaper at Forest City Motor Company compared to all the dealers in Minnesota and nationwide. We had done all online and walk-ins search and none was affordable to us except this one. But we gave it a shot/a try but we are happy with the results and the process.

The features in this vehicle are great and newest but above all the price was incredibly affordable. A car with this features and lowest mileage goes for more than what we bought at forest city motor company.
We had done enough search, research but none in the state is like Forest City motor Company!

We did all the transactions online and communicated via emails and he never disappointed us at all. Actually I thought he stayed on the phone or right on the computer screen all the time because he replied my emails right away and faithfully...he was very honest!. I am for sure believe and accept the motto "No hassle" Is really working in this company.

He even kept our car indoor after the bank finalized the paperwork and when we went to pick up the car, it was indoor, no snow , very warm, very clean, very ready and Danny himself was very friendly, He gave us a very warm welcome, answered all our questions. In general, everything went great 100%...No complaints!, No hassle!, its worth a drive!
